Since most of the staff and affiliates of Jacobs Consulting Group have been trained in large consulting firms, we give our clients large firm quality without having to pay for large firm overhead.

Because we are familiar with a vast array of theories, models and points of view on management, we can build on previous management development efforts to enhance learning and retention. We are also free to call on specialists in our affiliate network.
